Rev. Rick Elmore
Pastor
Rick has been the pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church since July 11, 2004. He and his wife, Lynne, have a grown son and three grandsons. Rick graduated from Lynchburg College in 1968 and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1971.

Lynne Elmore
Choir Director
Lynne, a native of Roanoke, has served God through teaching and music ministries in churches since she was 12 years old. She graduated from Radford University with a teaching degree, married Rick Elmore and became a pastor’s wife when Rick was called by God into the preaching ministry. They have a son in Arkansas, a daughter in Heaven, and 3 grandsons.

Jennifer Wood
Youth Director
Jennifer Wood grew up in Clintonville, WV and graduated from High Point University in 2004 with a degree in elementary education. Jennifer is a 2nd grade teacher in Roanoke City and joined our staff as yourth director in April of 2011. Jennifer has been married to her husband Chris for 5 years.

Rhonda Young grew up in Tazewell, VA and graduated from Bluefield State College with a degree in elementary education. Rhonda has been happily married to her husband Hoss since 1990. They have 2 boys, Jarred and Justin, and they live in Botetourt County. Rhonda joined our staff as interim children's director in October of 2011.

Barbara Cupp
Secretary
Barbara Cupp joined our staff as church secretary January 28, 2008. Barbara is a Salemite with three grown sons and two granddaughters. She graduated from Mary Baldwin College in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration, is retired from GE after 35 years of service, and is an active member of Fellowship Community Church.
